We have a straightforward refund and exchange policy so you can rest assured that you can continue to buy from Azynura Ltd. with confidence. Our return and refund policy is as follows;

Please let us know your query by sending an email to azynura@icloud.com and we will do our very best to respond within seven to ten working days upon reciept of your email. Please include your name, address, the date and time of your order and the product name(s) so that we are able to locate your order to process your request, without these details we are unable to process your request in the interest of strict confidentiality for our customers and their privacy due to GDPR regulations 2018. We do provide exchanges for garments that meet our exchange and refund policy, the garment/item must be returned within the first 30 days of purchase to qualify for refund, thereafter the garment/item will no longer be refundable as according to company policy here outlined.

If the garment is too small we will happily exchange the garment for the next size up or the next size down depending on the customers size requirements, please include your size requirements in the email and we will exchange it straight away depending on availability of stock, if the product is out of stock we will send the exchanged product out when the product is back in stock which we aim to fulfill within 30 days after we have confirmed the exchange. We would like to be clear that Azynura Ltd. will not issue a refund if the product has surpassed it's 30 day refund period, if the product is damaged or if the product has obtained visible signs of usage upon it's return. We appreciate cooperation between Azynura Ltd. and our customers can be difficult even at the best of times, if there is any way we can assist you with communication by providing large print, Braile print or audio message please let us know and we will accomodate you as best we can.

We aim to ship your items out by the same day, however, if the item is purchased after 3pm we will not be able to accomodate same day shipping due to restrictions on local postal availability after this time, we will then send your delivery out the next working day using your selected courier and method of shipment. If the item is custom made it may take a little longer for your item to make it to you due to the nature of your unique item being hand made in our own fashion house, therefore your item may take between seven to ten working days to complete, in the unlikely case that your order will take any longer we will let you know what is happening with your custom fit or unique piece as we go, we aim to not take any longer than 30 days in these cases but depending on the desired finished article and the project encompassed; the length of time for completion may vary in due course. If item tracking has been paid for or included in your delivery cost we will provide your item tracking number along with your shipment confirmation email to let you know your item is on the way and when it is scheduled to arrive. Please make sure you have the correct delivery address when checking out, however, in the event that you wish to change your delivery location, date or time (in some cases this is not possible) you are advised to use the tracking number to log in to the couriers website and change these details yourself or contact the courier directly to arrange the details are changed so they are suitable.

We do not accept responsibility for the items once they have been passed to our courier and have chosen reputable couriers to ensure that your shipment is dealt with in a professional and considerate manner. To help ensure items are not damaged during transit we package each item appropriately and handle your new item with great care before it leaves our fashion house to make it's way to you.
